Our training for museums to become autism friendly is free to download, but it isn’t compulsory. We need you to ask your museum to make the adjustments.
Ask them to visit dimensions-uk.org/AFMTraining to become an autism friendly museum.
This is your opportunity to talk with your local museum about autism, raise their understanding, and discuss what would make the biggest difference to you.
How to contact your museum
Go in person
Pop along and see them! Ask to speak to someone and talk to them about the difference autism friendly adjustments could make to you.
We’ve produced this helpful flyer you can show them. It explains:

- how to access the resources.

Write to them
Download our letter template, personalise it and post it to your local museum.
There is space in the template for you to add why this is important to you. The rest of the letter explains:
